I'm president of a small non-profit organization in Chicago called the Washington Park Conservancy. I was looking for an inspiring thank you gift to give to the board of directors and volunteers at a party. I instantly knew the Great Blue Heron pin was the gift. It was simple but has a profound presence, you see many butterfly and dragonfly pins but not many Great Blue Herons.
The website is very simple and fun to browse through, I especially enjoyed reading the fun facts.
